When guiding your teen feels overwhelming, expert support is key.
I’m not a child psychologist, and I don’t pretend to be.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.

Press & Media
I’m honoured and deeply grateful that my book Confident Compass, have been featured in Women’s Journal.
In their recent article, Women’s Journal highlights the heart of my work — the idea that lasting change with teens does not come from control, discipline, or “fixing” behaviour, but from building connection, emotional safety, and mutual respect. Seeing this message shared on an international media platform is incredibly meaningful to me, because it reflects exactly why I wrote this book.
The feature explores how parents are often unintentionally pushed into power struggles with their teens — and how a more compassionate, relationship-based approach leads to stronger communication, more confidence, and healthier family dynamics. This is the foundation of the Confident Compass philosophy, and it is what I hope every parent takes away from my work.
I am truly thankful to Women’s Journal for recognising this important shift in parenting and for helping bring this message to families around the world.
